Fourteen-year-old Kari and her best friend Lucas have been friends for years. When Kari and Lucas get a chance to go to London with Kari's mom, who is an international writer and photographer for The Scene magazine, the two girls don't realize that their trip is going to turn into a full scale mystery.

  1. This sounds alot like "Chasing Vermeer" by, Blue Balliett.Which by the way is a really good book,may have to look into this one.Thanks

  2. Blue Balliet's art mysteries may seem similar, but in fact Blue Balliet adds a more supernatural and intuitive side to things, whereas this book is more about action.

    Blue Balliet's art mystery series has a totally different tone and focus.
